Making Your Collection Public
Artists may make their collection viewable to the public if they are a verified seller with at least 5 designs in the collection. To make an existing collection public, edit the collection by clicking on the pen icon that appears when hovering over a collection block.
Check the check box next to the words Make this collection visible to the public and then click Update.
If you do not have at least 5 designs in your collection, you will see a message prompting you to add more designs before you can make it public.
Accessing Design Collections
Artists may access collections through three different pathways, but each of these locations offers very specific access.
- Access all collections - personal patterns, public designs, plus other collections that include your work - through the User Drop Down/My Dashboard
- Review all collections while directly accessing personal designs by clicking Collections along the left menu of your Design Library
- See your designs as your customers see them, in My Shop, by clicking Collections along the left menu on your Shop page.

Common Issues & FAQ
▶ Why are some areas of my Collection thumbnail blank?
It's possible that some of the thumbnails in your public Collection cover are blank because they are set to private, so be sure to check the settings on those designs. That said, if you have designs in collections that don't belong to you, the owner of the design may have changed the visibility settings.
▶ Why is my Collection still private?
If a gray padlock appears over your Collection cover, it is saved as a private collection. To make it available for your public gallery, check the box for Make this Collection visible to the public? in the edit menu. You’ll need to have at least 5 designs in the collection to be able to make it public.
▶ How do people locate my collections?
Customers can search for collections on a certain theme. They may locate your designs by dropping a key term into the search bar and choosing In Collections to navigate to the results.
However, for more reach, you can also copy and paste any public Collection URL to share with friends and customers through email, social media and more.
