We do not currently offer phone support, but there are several other ways to contact us at Spoonflower:
- Send us a message via our Contact Us form or by email. We respond to each message as quickly as possible and are happy to help with any questions you have.
- Live chat with a member of our Help Team. Click the Help button on the bottom right hand side of the page. You will need to enter a search question first. There will then be search results. If your question isn't answered there, just click the Live Chat button. We try to be available to chat from 10 am to 4 pm Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday.
- Tweet us at @SpoonflowerHelp. Make sure to include your order number or an email address where we can contact you!
