Sizing
Spoonflower's duvet covers are available in three sizes:
- Twin/XL: 68 x 94 inches (173 x 238 cm)
- Full/Queen: 92 x 94 inches (234 x 238 cm)
- King/California King: 106 x 94 inches (269 x 238 cm)
Use the "Size" menu on the ordering page to indicate which specific size duvet you'd like to purchase.

All Spoonflower duvet covers and other bedding products (shams and sheet sets) are made from our Wide Cotton Sateen 3.5 oz. This fabric is a lightweight, 100% cotton sateen fabric with a delicate drape and subtle sheen.
Other Details

Duvet Cover FAQs
▶ What sizes do you offer?
We offer three sizes for duvet covers: Twin/Twin XL, Full/Queen, and King/California King.
▶ What is the thread count?
Our bedding products are constructed from our Wide Cotton Sateen 3.5 oz and have a 280 thread count. For more information about thread count and our bedding, see our blog post Custom Bedding Like You’ve Never Seen Before.
▶ Are shams included with a duvet?
No, our duvet covers do not come with shams. You will need to purchase shams independently to mix and match patterns.
▶ Is there a zipper and/or ties?
Duvet covers feature a hidden zipper with internal ties at each corner to help stabilize your comforter into place.
▶ My comforter doesn't match the dimensions you have listed. Do you have any suggestions?
If your comforter has slightly different measurements from the sizes we offer, we have found that with the stabilizing ties, slightly smaller or larger comforters still fit well. However, this is certainly personal preference and something to consider before ordering. A duvet cover that measures slightly wider or longer than your comforter may appear more relaxed on your bed, while a duvet cover that measures smaller will seem more fluffy, depending on which dimensions measure more or less overall.
▶ Will there be a seam through the middle??
Wide Cotton Sateen 3.5 oz is a wide format fabric that allows for all bedding to be constructed without any seams through the middle.
▶ Is the design on the front and back? Can I order the duvet with two different fabrics??
The design will appear on both sides of the duvet. We cannot construct your duvet from multiple designs at this time.
▶ Can I make a duvet with a centered, non-repeating design?
We are not able to create bedding with larger, centered designs, or from a non-repeating pattern. If you are uploading your own artwork to print on bedding, you may save as any repeat type except for centered.
