Spoonflower will print and ship from our United States facilities to locations all over the world except Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Russia, and Ukraine.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and amount ordered, the shipping destination, and the delivery option. The best way to determine the shipping rates and other charges for an order is to add the desired products to your cart and begin the process of checking out. Once you have entered the complete shipping address on page 1 of the cart, you will see the option to review the rates for all three delivery options and make your selection.
VAT, GST, or other taxes may be collected at the time of ordering, as determined by your delivery location, and will be clearly labeled during ordering and on your shipping documents.
NOTE: Some international shipments may be subject to customs fees outside of Spoonflower's control.
Delivery Options
Production times and delivery date for your order will vary based upon the method you choose. Key information concerning ship date and/or delivery time for the three options described below will be shared on the “Shipping Details” page of the cart, which is the first page you’ll see after you click the teal “check out” button.
The exact shipping provider used for each order will vary depending on the size of the order, the delivery date, the address, and other factors specific to each individual order. Spoonflower utilizes UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL for shipments. We are unable to accept requests to utilize or avoid a specific shipping provider or apply your personal UPS/FedEx account details to an order.
The production and shipping times for each of our three shipping methods – Standard, Rush, and Guaranteed - is detailed below.
Standard Delivery
Our most cost effective option, Standard Delivery orders are produced with our standard print and processing time, which is always published on the product page on our site. Learn more here. Transit times for a standard order will vary by location but will generally arrive within 1 week in the US and within 2 weeks outside of the US.
Guaranteed Delivery
Our second fastest option, the delivery date for Guaranteed orders will be shared on the “Shipping Details” page of the checkout process. A Guaranteed order typically ships out no more than 5 business days after it has been placed with a transit time of 2 business days for domestic (US) shipments and 2-5 business days for international shipments.
Rush Delivery
Our fastest service, the delivery date for these orders will be shared on the “Shipping Details” page of the checkout process. A Rush order typically ships out no more than 2 business days after it has been placed with a transit time of 2 business days for domestic (US) shipments and 2-5 business days for international shipments.
Note: We are not able to offer Guaranteed or Rush delivery to PO Boxes or US territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa). Home Decor items are currently not available for Rush or Guaranteed shipping. If you place an order for Home Decor, only the Standard shipping option will be available during checkout.
APO, FPO and DPO Addresses
Spoonflower can ship to Army Post Office (APO) locations, as well as Fleet Post Office (FPO) and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO). For such locations, please select "United States" as the country for the address. These orders must ship by USPS, and any Guaranteed or Rush Delivery orders will automatically be sent by this carrier unless an alternate non-PO address can be provided.
Shipping Holidays
The following American holidays will be recognized company wide. Some standard and all expedited shipments will not be processed on these dates. Promised delivery dates for Guaranteed and Rush orders will be adjusted and correctly displayed within your shopping cart at the time of checkout to include these holidays.
